The
Central Plains Dairy Expo is a conference and exposition
held annually in Sioux Falls, S.D., to bring together the
dairy industry in the Central Plains states.
More
than 2,200 people -- including dairy producers and heifer
growers, their families and employees; and exhibitors and
dairy industry representatives -- attended the 2008 event.
Attendees came from Iowa, South Dakota, Minnesota, North
Dakota, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado and
several other states and Canadian provinces.
